My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, although a bit noisy at times due to hardwood floors in the large hallway. The service was excellent, with room service available and attentive housekeeping. The location was perfect for exploring the Berkshires, with various attractions nearby. However, the dining options were somewhat disappointing, especially with burned bacon on offer.
The hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in the Berkshires. The rooms are clean, spacious, and immaculate, offering a cozy environment. However, the dining experience may not meet expectations for a boutique hotel.
My stay at the hotel in the heart of The Berkshires was delightful. The rooms allowed me to enjoy the space beyond the bed, and the dining experience at Eat on North was superb for breakfast. However, room servicing lacked timeliness on Saturday, and even when done in the early evening, it was not up to standard.
