My stay at the hotel in the heart of The Berkshires was delightful. The rooms allowed me to enjoy the space beyond the bed, and the dining experience at Eat on North was superb for breakfast. However, room servicing lacked timeliness on Saturday, and even when done in the early evening, it was not up to standard.
